Shipping policy

Welcome to Valnorexus (hereinafter referred to as “we”). These Shipping Terms explain the rules and conditions related to order delivery.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently only ship to the entire English region, and do not provide delivery services to other regions.

2. Shipping Fees

  • Orders of 200 € (or more) qualify for free shipping;

  • Orders below 200 € will be charged a flat 15 € shipping fee;

  • All prices include applicable taxes, with no additional charges required.

3. Order Cut-Off Time

Order processing is based on Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 (EST).

Orders placed and paid before 18:00 will be processed on the same day; orders placed after 18:00 will be processed on the next business day.

4. Order Processing Time

All orders will be processed within 1–3 business days, including order verification, packaging, and shipment preparation.

5. Delivery Time

After dispatch, delivery is expected within 5–8 business days.

Actual delivery times may vary due to logistics conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Shipping Carriers

We may use the following carriers:

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • DHL

7. Order Tracking

After shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing order details and tracking information.

You can also track your order on the “Order Tracking” page by entering your email or phone number along with your order number.

8. Shipping Responsibility

  • In case of damage or loss during transit, please contact us promptly with supporting evidence;

  • Once an order enters processing, changes or cancellations should be requested as soon as possible;

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information may result in delivery issues for which responsibility will be assigned accordingly.

9. Delivery Notes

Please inspect the package upon receipt. If any issues are found, retain the packaging and contact us immediately.
