  • Unused products in good condition and resalable condition may be returned or exchanged without reason.

  2. We will review your request as soon as possible. Once approved, we will send you return instructions and the return address via your contact details.

  4. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will proceed with a refund or exchange if the conditions are met.

4. Refund & Exchange Information

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, etc.).

  • Refund processing is expected within 1–3 business days, depending on the payment provider.

  • For exchanges, replacement items will be shipped within 1–3 business days after inspection approval.

5. Fee Policy

  • Return or exchange costs caused by product defects, damage, color issues, or incorrect items will be covered by us;

  • Return or exchange costs due to personal reasons will be borne by the customer.

Please ensure the returned items are well packaged and include all accessories. Returns without prior confirmation or damage caused by improper packaging may affect processing results.
