1. Shipping Coverage
We currently provide delivery within the United States only and do not offer shipping services to other regions at this time.
2. Shipping Fees
- Orders of $200 or more qualify for free shipping
- Orders below $200 will be charged a flat $15 shipping fee
All prices include applicable taxes, and no additional charges will be applied.
3. Order Cut-Off Time
Order processing is based on Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 (EST).
Orders placed and paid before 18:00 will be processed on the same day; orders placed after 18:00 will be processed on the next business day.
4. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, including order verification, packaging, and shipment preparation.
5. Delivery Time
After dispatch, delivery is expected within 5–8 business days.
Actual delivery times may vary due to logistics conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Order Tracking
After shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details and tracking information.
You may also track your order via the “Order Tracking” page by entering your email or phone number along with your order number.

Once an order has entered processing, cancellation or modification requests should be submitted as soon as possible.
Incorrect or incomplete shipping information may result in delivery issues, for which responsibility will be determined accordingly.
